St. Francis Church celebrates its patron saint, St. Francis of Assisi, with a novena leading up to his feast day on October 4. On that day, a special Mass includes the Blessing of the Animals and is followed by a procession through the neighborhood with the statue of St. Francis.

Novenas and processions are also held in honor of St. Anthony (June 14) the the Madonna de Martiri in early September.
